We currently ship via USPS to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. We ship International via international couriers, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx.

United States: We ship from Florida. As such, Florida residents will pay a sales tax of 7%.

International: We are not responsible for the duties and taxes you must pay your state to receive your order. You can check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags and documentation, in their original packaging. The address for returns is: M2BPENS dba/THE PEN FAMILY 20533 Biscayne Boulevard. Suite 4-408 MIAMI FL 33180-1529 USA. Once your item has been received and approved, you will receive a full store credit you can use for any other merchandise on our website. If you prefer a refund instead of store credit, there will be a 50$ restocking fee for a U.S. sale and 100$ for international. To return an item follow the directions below.

U.S. returns: Contact customerservice@thepenfamily.com, and please give us 24 hours to respond. We will reach out with a pre-printed return label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to you package and take the package to a drop-off location.

Non-U.S. returns: If you purchased your pen directly from us contact customerservice@thepenfamily.com and we will advise on steps to follow. If you purchased your pen through a dealer, all pen-related matters must go through the dealer. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
