Shipping & Returns

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and shipping method. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order).

Where We Ship

We currently ship via USPS to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. We ship International via international couriers, such as DHL, UPS, Fedex.

Taxes

U.S.
We ship from Florida. As such, Florida residents will pay a sales tax of 7%.

International
We are not responsible for the duties and taxes you must pay your state to receive your order. You can check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags and documentation, in their original packaging.

Once your item has been received and approved, you will receive a full store credit you can use for any other merchandise on our website. If you prefer a refund instead of store credit, there will be a $50 restocking fee for a US sale and $100 for international.

To return an item follow the directions below:

U.S. returns: 
Contact customerservice@thepenfamily.com, and please give us 24 hours to respond. We will reach out with a pre-printed return label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to you package and take the package to a drop-off location.

Non-US returns:
Contact customerservice@thepenfamily.com and we will advise on steps to follow.  If you purchased your pen through a dealer, all pen-related matters must go through the dealer or to us with prior notification via email. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
