When we recently discovered Mr. Cypress, we immediately fell in love and decided to represent them in the USA.
The Cypress artisans shared some of the details of the process of making this pen: We need to carve the pattern and polish it to make the brightness and texture obvious. After that, we must completely remove any body oil or other dirt attached to the metal with a special mixed liquid, so that the metal can be activated and better show the color. This is done before entering the step of baking the color at a constant temperature, and then repeated grinding and polishing. After the barrel is complete, any metal residue is thoroughly removed and the pen is air-dried in a dust-free room. After several layers of tempering, it finally presents such a gorgeous and dazzling color!
